Introducing Pods: your dedicated support team
Every customer is now assigned to a Pod, a dedicated team of engineers, analysts, and technicians led by one Technical Lead. Your Pod handles your tickets, learns your environment, and sees your history across every request. The same people, more often, who know how your business runs.
The Pods will also be better able to spot patterns and apply fixes tailored to your environment.
