This SMS Privacy Policy explains how Keystone Solutions (“we,” “our,” or “us”) uses mobile messaging (SMS) when you interact with our service desk. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with carrier requirements, including 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) standards in the United States.

How We Use SMS

  • SMS is only used to support existing customers who contact our service desk by text message.
  • We do not send promotional or marketing texts.
  • Messages are only sent in direct response to your inquiries or in the course of ongoing service desk conversations.

Consent to Receive SMS

  • By contacting us via SMS, or by agreeing to our Terms and Conditions or Master Services Agreement (MSA), you consent to communicate with our service desk by text message.
  • You may withdraw your consent at any time by following the opt-out process described below.

Opt-Out & Help

  • You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP”. This will immediately end SMS communications from us.
  • To receive assistance with SMS communications, reply “HELP” or contact us directly at [support email/phone number]

Message Retention & Security

  • Message content is stored securely for up to 90 days to support service operations.
  • After 90 days, messages are automatically deleted from our systems.
  • We use FluentStream as our SMS provider, and they may process your messages on our behalf. We do not sell or share your SMS information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Standard Messaging Disclosures

  • Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • Message frequency will vary based on your interactions with our service desk

This SMS service is only available to customers located in the United States.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this SMS Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
